FloCourts LLC (the "Company," "FloCourts," "we," "us," or "our") provides these Terms of Service ("Terms") to govern your use of www.flocourts.com (the "Site") and any services you request from us. By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these Terms.
I. SERVICES
FloCourts LLC provides athletic court construction, resurfacing, striping, and related services throughout the State of Florida. Quotes and estimates provided through the Site are non-binding until confirmed in a signed written agreement between you and FloCourts LLC.
II. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a request. If you provide a mobile phone number, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of that number and are authorized to consent to receive messages at it.
III. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Program description: By providing your mobile phone number on our forms and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from FloCourts LLC. We offer two separate consent options. Non-marketing messages cover quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Marketing messages cover promotions, specials, and new service announcements. Each consent is optional, is collected separately, and is not required to submit a form or to make a purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. FloCourts LLC does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
IV. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or scheduling service, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interferes with its operation.
V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, project photographs, and logos, is the property of FloCourts LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
VI. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloCourts LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information on it.
VII. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
VIII. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
IX. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
